Current Openings

Legal Intern

As part of the legal team, the Legal Intern assists the legal team attorney and staff with the drafting of various legal documents, conducting research and other ad hoc activities related to medical malpractice and personal injury law. Applicants must be pursuing a J.D. degree at an accredited law school.  The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery demands, and motions
  • Compile exhibits
  • Assist in trial preparation
  • Review medical records
  • Attend medical examinations with clients off-site
  • Conduct legal research
  • Interact with clients in person as well as via phone and email

File Clerk

The File Clerk is a utility position within the firm that provides general support in a variety of areas to ensure the smooth operation of the office.  The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •  Coverage to the front reception desk
  • File documents in accordance to Firm procedures
  • Assist in the creation of Trial Books and Mediation Books
  • Assist Legal Teams with the scanning and copying of any documents
  • Stamp mail and ensure it is sent to the mailing department
  • Distribute mail
  • Set up / break down lunch
