$2 Million Settlement
Back To All ResultsOur client, a 58-year-old single woman, presented to a Queens hospital complaining of terrible headaches. Doctors failed to consider the possibility of a brain aneurysm as part of their differential diagnosis. They failed to order imaging of her brain (CAT scan or MRI). After being discharged from the hospital, our client suffered a ruptured aneurysm and brain damage. We claimed that a timely diagnosis would have given doctors time to treat the aneurysm and prevent rupture. The case settled before trial.
