$5.4 Million Settlement

Our client was a born at full-term during an uneventful vaginal delivery. His Apgar scores were 9,9. The day after his birth, he was taken to the well-baby nursery for the night. That evening, he was found by a nurse face-down and not breathing in his bassinet. We claimed that the nurses failed to properly monitor the baby. He was resuscitated but suffered brain damage as a result of oxygen deprivation.
