$5.5 Million Settlement

Our client, a 52-year-old woman, was struck by a truck while she crossed 9^th Avenue at West 49^th Street in Manhattan. She was in the crosswalk, and it was midday. The truck driver never saw her before hitting her, even though his view was unobstructed. Our client has no recollection of the accident. She suffered severe head trauma and a fractured skull.
