Arthur joined Salenger, Sack, Kimmel & Bavaro as a law clerk in August, 2024.

Arthur brings a strong background in litigation and client management, having served as a Legal Assistant, Legal Extern, and Litigation Paralegal at Alex Yadgarov & Associates, P.C. There, he gained hands-on experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, conducting client meetings, and preparing for trials. Arthur’s legal acumen is complemented by his public service experience as an intern for New York City Council Member Ben Kallos, where he worked with government agencies to assist constituents and resolve their issues.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he distinguished himself by achieving the highest GPA in Advanced Tort Problems & Practice with Hon. Christopher McGrath. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Touro College, which he completed in 2019. 

Arthur recently completed the J24 bar examination, marking the beginning of his career as an attorney.

Fluent in both Russian and English, Arthur brings a diverse background and strong work ethic to his role at SSKB. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children.
