Throughout the forty years of being in business our law firm has been dedicated to giving-back and supporting various charities and organizations within New York and Long Island. For several years now we have had a special relationship with the Ascent School for Individuals with Autism by hosting their annual Golf & Tennis Classic. This year’s event was held on May 6, 2019 at Hamlet Golf & Country Club to help raise funds and awareness for this private, non-profit school located in Deer Park, NY. Hundreds turned out for the event to play golf and tennis, attend our dinner reception and donate money from the auction of great prizes. This year we honored three special attorneys, Michael Clancy from Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles, John Breen from Breen & Breen and Jon Baum from Siben & Siben. These “Three Amigos” have a reputation as kind, giving and caring individuals who help make a difference in our community. Their support with this event made it a true success. Throughout the years our efforts have helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to help with funding for this school to continue providing academic and behavioral treatment programs for children ranging in age from 3 to 21 diagnosed with autism and atypical pervasive developmental disorders. We are proud of the hard working teachers and staff that make Ascent truly a special school.
