A 37-year-old married father of three lost his life due to medical negligence. He had been managing ulcerative colitis for 17 years under the care of a gastroenterologist. During a diagnostic colonoscopy, the doctor failed to conduct a sufficient number of biopsies, overlooking cancerous polyps in the colorectal area of the colon.
Unfortunately, the cancer was detected at Stage IV, having already spread to his abdomen, by the time it was diagnosed. Despite efforts, our client passed away before the conclusion of the legal proceedings.
