A 52-year-old woman, was involved in a pedestrian accident while crossing 9th Avenue at West 49th Street in Manhattan.

The incident occurred during midday while our client was in the crosswalk. Despite being visible and having the right of way, she was struck by a truck whose driver failed to see her.

Regrettably, our client has no recollection of the accident, but the aftermath left her with severe head trauma and a fractured skull.
