About the Role

Salenger Sack Kimmel & Bavaro LLP is seeking an entry level attorney who is admitted or pending admission in NY to join our growing personal injury firm. This is an ideal role for recent law graduates eager to begin their litigation career in a supportive, training-oriented environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking for an entry level litigation position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution under partner supervision
  • Conduct and defend depositions, including plaintiffs, defendants, and third-party witnesses.
  • Draft and review pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and expert reports.
  • Assist with trial prep and participate in courtroom proceedings.
  • Collaborate with partners and experts on case strategies and legal evaluations
  • Maintain strong client communication and contribute to firm growth through personal branding and networking

Qualifications

  • JD degree and admitted or pending admission in New York Bar
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Demonstrated work ethic and professional integrity

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: starts at $70,000 and will increase to $80,000 upon NY Bar admission.

  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, paid time off, retirement plan

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, in-person teamwork environment
