About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 2–6 years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice to join our growing legal team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Partners, clients, and support staff to deliver top-tier legal services, maximize case value, and maintain the high standards our firm is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
  • Collaborate with Partners and experts to assess case viability and develop winning legal strategies
  • Conduct and defend depositions, including plaintiffs, defendants, and third-party witnesses
  • Draft and review pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and expert reports
  • Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings
  • Provide superior client communication and foster long-term relationships
  • Build your personal brand and referral network to drive firm growth
  • Maintain a high standard of ethics, integrity, and client service

Qualifications

  • Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing
  • 4–6 years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice law
  • Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starting mindset
  • NYS federal court admission preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $125,000 + (DOE) with performance-based bonuses.

  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, paid time off.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, in-person teamwork environment.
